If you don't agree with any part, unfortunately, you won't be able to utilize our workforce analytics or engagement tools.

2. User Licencing & Access

Licenses are granted on a per-user or organizational basis as specified in your deployment agreement. We provide you with a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our proprietary HR technology. Why is this specific? Because our algorithms and workforce modeling tools are the result of 17 years of dedicated R&D in human capital systems.

• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your administrative credentials.
• Usage is restricted to legal, professional workforce management purposes only.
• Redistribution or reverse engineering of the software is strictly prohibited.

3. Data Integrity & Privacy

We treat employee data with the highest level of security. All workforce analytics are processed in accordance with UK and GDPR standards. Our team doesn't just manage data; we safeguard the digital identities of your most valuable assets: your people. 4. Service Availability

We aim for a 99.9% uptime. Sometimes, scheduled maintenance is necessary to optimize the performance management platform. We'll give you plenty of notice for updates. After all, we know your HR business doesn't stop, and neither does our commitment to supporting it.

5. Modifications and Termination

Zephyr Zenith reserves the right to update these terms as market regulations change. You'll be notified via the email registered to your account ([email protected]). Continued use of the platform after updates signifies your acceptance. Need to cancel? We offer a streamlined exit process with full data portability, ensuring you're never locked into a system that no longer fits.
